A proud mom of three amazing boys, a woman who has walked through the storms of motherhood, resilience, and healing. For many years, I carried the weight of being both mom and dad, navigating the challenges of single motherhood, especially as a woman in the diaspora without family nearby for support.

I know firsthand the mental, emotional, financial, and spiritual toll that comes with this journey. It’s easy to lose sight of the blessings of motherhood when the struggles feel overwhelming. But through it all, my faith became my anchor. It gave me the strength to rise, the wisdom to endure, and the courage to hope.

In time, I remarried and a new chapter that brought its own lessons opened up. Becoming part of a blended family was not a path I had envisioned. The dynamics were complex, and the stigma, especially for African women like me, was real. Yet, with faith, love, and courage, I embraced this season of my life. I chose to rise above the labels, proving that beauty exists in every family dynamics and story.

My journey hasn’t been one without pain. Growing up, I witnessed my mother’s strength tested by my father’s unfaithfulness and abuse. Her story and strength remains with me, shaping the mother I am today.

Now, I live with purpose. My mission as a mother is clear: to raise kings- nurture boys who will grow into men of faith, integrity, and compassion. Raising Kings is about breaking generational cycles,

building legacies of love, trust, and respect, and empowering mothers to raise sons who will be leaders—not just in the world, but in character and heart.
